EASL has been collaborating with ITER and assisting many projects and tasks for the past decade. We have a specialised team of senior engineers currently based in France providing civil and structural engineering services.

On the 7th and 8th of April, ITER held a remote business forum, which was a fantastic opportunity to find out the latest news about the project and get to ask questions to key stakeholders.

The novel format included a virtual networking platform to get to meet other collaborators, explore potential synergies and engage with them for potential future opportunities. Some useful information about the key stages of the project were shared, and additional details on the current procurement pipeline process and upcoming contract opportunities.

We were very pleased to hear that in terms of UK companies collaborating with the ITER Organisation, it will be “business as usual”.
